are people PURPOSELY avoiding helping me adequately and competently?

i'm waiting for ics to come at 1 now, so they can help me pack and i'm gonna have them assist me to put this stretch band that i was given by physical therapy on top of a door, so i can pull on it- i'm pretty sure the physical therapist thinks this will help my arm gain strength and mobility from pulling on it while it's hanging from a door. my bones have been hurting me lately to the point where i'm afraid to fall because with my luck i'd break something. good thing this apartment is carpeted (except for the kitchen and bathroom but there's always the counter to assist me from falling in the kitchen and the bathroom is small- so i don't have much room to fall). i hear about this medicine for arthritis on the tv and i wonder if that wouldn't help me since i HAVE been diagnosed with arthritis over 10 years ago. i just need to make sure that i remember to ask my nurse about it the next time she comes and fills my anodyne machine.
i've been applying to jobs lately and i TOLD my job coach to add this recent job i'm currently working to the new resume, along with my volunteering job at central honors philando that i did earlier this year. she CLAIMED she did and so i'm assuming it's on my resume for indeed, so employers can see that i'm not just sitting around, inactive while being unemployed.. HOWEVER when i had this most recent job interview for an admin. assistant- i asked the lady if it states my work experience at a community center and she said, "oh!.. uh.. no." then i said, "well, i'm volunteering at sabathani community center now." and then she said, "OH! SABATHANI! I KNOW THEM! how long have you been working there?" and i said, "i'm not really sure.. it has to be a couple months now." i emailed my job coach's supervisor and told him that i felt i wasn't getting more employers interested in hiring me because i was pretty sure that my job coach still had my OLD resume on indeed. i checked my email this morning in bed and her supervisor said he'd forward the email to my job coach and that he thinks i'm right about the employers not being interested in hiring me because of the resume and he'd tell my job coach to update it as soon as possible. you'd think (and hope) that people assisting a person to get hired would be eager to update resumes with the most recent work experience as soon as possible. kinda sucks that i get stuck with a person helping me half-assed but it kinda figures with how shit usually goes for me.
